Heart palpitations concern
I really like the flavour of this, but I cannot take it in the evening due to heart palpitations. I experienced a similar issue with KAL nutritional yeast flakes; perhaps it's the high B12 content. I don’t have the same problems with Bragg's, though it is rather expensive.
